Wu Guiqun

Executive Partner, Beijing

Wu Guiqun, a partner of Lexsons Law Firm, mainly undertakes Chinese legal affairs. Before joining the firm, she was the chief lawyer of Beijing Tengzhong Law Firm, serving many well-known large companies in China.

Ms. Wu's main fields are civil/commercial law, criminal law, company law, intellectual property law, and immigration law. She also provides special legal advice and the whole process of subsidy application and approval for Sino-Australian co-production films.

Ms. Wu obtained a master's degree from Peking University and a master's degree in accounting from Deakin University in Australia. She holds both Australia and China's CPA qualifications.

Ms. Wu is fluent in English and Mandarin.

Eva Wang is one of our executive partners. She has a background in business and finance and obtained her Masters degree at Bournemouth University, UK.

Eva has extensive experience dealing with high net worth individuals whilst working as an Investment Manager at multinational companies, and also as an auditor involved in IPOs at Ernst & Young.

Eva is fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese and is in charge of our firm's operations in Shenzhen, China.

Maggie graduated from the University of Technology, Sydney with a Bachelor's degree in Commerce and a Master's degree in Accounting and Finance.

Maggie is fluent in English and Mandarin, and is responsible for our firm's operations in Shanghai, China.

Emily helps Lexsons function with a range of administrative and fiscal responsibilities. She works with coordinating accounts receivable and payable, filing of payments and data entry. She also supports with various administrative functions and picks up special projects as needed. She is committed to providing an exceptional experience to clients.

Edie Fu is the Vice President of Lexsons Law Firm, dedicated to delivering unparalleled customer relations and ensuring clients receive exceptional professional services. Her focus extends to expanding both local and overseas markets, establishing robust multi-party channels, and implementing effective solutions in response to customer feedback and concerns.

Edie is fluent in English and Mandarin.

Victoria Sun is the Client Service Manager at Lexsons' Sydney office. She graduated from the University of Sydney with a double master's degree in Supply Chain Management and International Business.

She is mainly responsible for providing consultations to all kinds of customers with visa application and legal needs. She is able to quickly and accurately understand the actual needs of customers, and assist them in fluent and efficient communication with solicitors and registered migration agents.

Victoria has extensive experience in customer service and is committed to reducing communication costs and improving customer satisfaction.

Victoria is fluent in English, Mandarin and Korean (oral).

Vivian Hou

Director of Australia-China Affairs

Vivian received her Bachelor’s, Master’s degrees and related approved certificate of completion with honours from CUC, PKU and UNSW in international communication, business management, and financial management of art. Vivian has over 20 years of working experience at China Central Television (CCTV).

She used to be the youngest reporter dispatched by CCTV to overseas (to Sydney, Australia), and became the person in charge of international communication planning and major international cooperation projects.

Her highlights include the first ever Australia-China Media Summit which attracted more than 30 major Australian media (including ABC, Channel 7, and The Australian) to participate, initiating the commercial cooperation between the media of the two countries.

Through her work, Vivian has established more than 10 years of close contacts with the political and business circles of Australia and China. As the director of Australia-China affairs, Vivian has expanded the field of legal service towards China, and strengthened the relationship between the law firm and the local Chinese and related affairs in Chinese Mainland.

Catherine is the Marketing Director of Lexsons Law Firm. She graduated from Macquarie University with Bachelor of Commerce in Marketing & Applied Finance and University of Technology, Sydney with Master of Business Administration.

She has worked for Fortune Globe 500 corporations located in China and Australia for over 10 years and she has accumulated more than 15 years of experience in customer service and marketing.

She is an expert for identifying potential cooperated entities corresponding to each segment and the actual needs of the clients. She is now mainly in charge of the business developments including the distribution channel expansions and relationships maintenance with the high-end clients.
