Natalie Lim specialises in Property, Business Law and Commercial Transactions. She handles large volumes of conveyancing for existing properties, vacant land, off-the-plans and building contracts for developers, vendors and purchasers. In addition, she represents business owners and organisations in commercial transactions such as business and company acquisitions and sales, commercial leases, franchises, loan and partnership agreements.

Natalie has also been practicing in Family Law and Wills & Estates since being admitted and is well versed in issues surrounding separation and divorce, including property settlements, children and parenting issues.

Natalie is of Malaysian-Chinese heritage and is a native English, Mandarin and Cantonese speaker, and is also well versed in Bahasa Malaysia.

Natalie is also appointed as a Notary Public by the Supreme Court of NSW and given statutory powers to witness documents, administer oaths, and perform administrative functions of an international nature. She is able to read and witness documents for use overseas in the English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia language.

James Cho is a former Deputy District Registrar of the Federal Court of Australia and Registrar of the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia with extensive experience in resolving disputes (presiding in hearings or as registrar mediator) in a diverse range of practice areas, including industrial law, human rights and administrative law, corporations and insolvency law and intellectual property law. He has also practiced as a solicitor at King & Woods Mallesons, specialising in patent litigation and was a judge’s associate at the Federal Court of Australia. Prior to his admission as a lawyer in 2014, he was a practicing health care professional. He brings to the firm significant litigation experience and breadth of knowledge.

Vivian Wei is a solicitor at Lexsons’ Sydney office.

She is a passionate lawyer with particular experience in Commercial Law, Family Law and Property Law. Phyllis Gu graduated with a Bachelor of Economics and a Master of Commerce degree from the University of Sydney. She assists clients in different matters, including immigration law, family law, commercial and conveyancing.

Phyllis used to work at a British Investment Bank as an Investment Banker and then started her career as a Migration Consultant in Shanghai and Sydney by providing immigration services to many clients of different cultural backgrounds on all kinds of visas. She has comprehensive knowledge and practical experience in business skilled visas and helped hundreds of high net-worth individuals to live and invest in Australia. Tina Guo is a solicitor admitted in the Supreme Court of NSW in July 2020 and holds a valid practising certificate in NSW. Tina graduated from Nanjing University with a Bachelor of Law degree, and acquired a Master of Law degree from William and Mary Law School in the United States of America, and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Sydney.

Tina helps her clients with litigation matters amongst commercial, construction, real property, debt recovery and criminal law in the courts of NSW. She also attends to litigations in the Federal Circuit and Family Court of Australia on family and commercial law matters.

Chelsea graduated from Shanghai Jiao Tong University with a Bachelor of Arts and acquired a Juris Doctor degree from the University of New South Wales. She is committed to assisting clients in different matters, including wills and estates, conveyancing transactions, family law, commercial and corporate law, civil litigations etc. Chelsea is a multi-tasker who ensures that she is meticulous with her work. Her patient nature provides her with the resolve to achieve client satisfaction.

Jun Chen is admitted both as a lawyer in China and a solicitor in the Supreme Court of NSW.

Jun graduated from Shanghai University with a Bachelor of Laws degree and from University of Sydney with a Juris Doctor degree.

Jun previously worked as a lawyer based in Indonesia for three and half years, specialising in corporate law, foreign investment and merger and acquisitions. During the COVID-19 pandemic, he took a gap year and went to Kingwood & Mallesons (Shenzhen), working as an intern in their foreign-related dispute resolution team.

After graduating from the University of Sydney and being admitted as solicitor, Jun is now working mostly in transactions, helping clients in the sale and purchase of business, commercial and retail lease matters.

Seunggyu (Joshua) Lee is a solicitor admitted to the Supreme Court of NSW in September 2023. Joshua graduated from the University of Sydney with a combined degree in Law and International and Global Studies. Joshua received the Julius Stone Prize in Sociological Jurisprudence in 2021, reflecting his legal, strategic, and critical thinking skills.

Joshua's main practice areas are commercial law and intellectual property law.
