Natalie Lim specialises in Property, Business Law and Commercial Transactions. She handles large volumes of conveyancing for existing properties, vacant land, off-the-plans and building contracts for developers, vendors and purchasers. In addition, she represents business owners and organisations in commercial transactions such as business and company acquisitions and sales, commercial leases, franchises, loan and partnership agreements.

Natalie has also been practicing in Family Law and Wills & Estates since being admitted and is well versed in issues surrounding separation and divorce, including property settlements, children and parenting issues.

Natalie is of Malaysian-Chinese heritage and is a native English, Mandarin and Cantonese speaker, and is also well versed in Bahasa Malaysia.

Natalie is also appointed as a Notary Public by the Supreme Court of NSW and given statutory powers to witness documents, administer oaths, and perform administrative functions of an international nature. She is able to read and witness documents for use overseas in the English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia language.

Dave is a dual qualified lawyer admitted in New South Wales (2018) and Hong Kong SAR (2016). He advises a range of Australian and offshore clients on dispute resolution and corporate transactions such as share disposition, corporate restructurings, joint ventures and shareholders’ agreement.

Prior to joining Lexsons, he worked as a solicitor in Hong Kong SAR in a reputable firm and provided legal services to both private and listed companies in relation dispute resolution, cross-border transactions, general compliance and employment law. He also has experience in China Practice and a strong understanding of the Chinese business culture.

Dave speaks fluent English, Cantonese, and Mandarin. With his multicultural background and dual qualification, Dave is able to understand our clients’ needs from different aspects and provide practical solutions.

Nani Wang

Nani Wang is a solicitor at Lexsons’ Sydney office and was admitted to the Supreme Court of NSW in early 2018.

She can assist you with matters in immigration law, property law, intellectual property, commercial & corporate law, family law and fast-paced litigation matters.

Nani graduated with a Bachelor of Law in China and a Juris Doctor degree from the University of New South Wales. She used to work as a Migration Consultant in providing immigration services to many young visa applicants seeking skilled visas, working visas and family visas. She can also assist clients in appealing against unfavourable visa decisions in the Administrative Appeals Tribunal.

Nani has a high ethical standard in legal practice and she is always detail-oriented and diligent with her work.

She speaks fluent English and Mandarin.

Hailey is a solicitor at our Sydney office. She obtained her Juris Doctor degree from the University of Sydney and has been admitted as a Solicitor of the Supreme Court of NSW.

Hailey demonstrates proficiency in dealing with commercial transactions and intellectual property matters. She can assist you with trademark/patent registrations, trademark searches, trademark infringement cases, commercial and general litigations, leasing, conveyancing, etc. Hailey is committed to protecting the best interests of her clients.

Benjamin is an experienced Registered Migration Agent whose expertise is in providing immigration services to business owners and investors seeking to apply for investors visas. With extensive knowledge in general skilled migration visas, he has also provided immigration advice to many young visa applicants seeking skilled visas. He is also very familiar with family visas, student visas, tourist visas as well as assisting clients in appealing against unfavourable visa decisions in the Administrative Appeals Tribunal.

Benjamin graduated with a Bachelor of Engineering in China and later obtained a Masters by Research in Engineering from UNSW. He has also received his Graduate Certificate in Australian Migration Law and Practice with Distinction.

He speaks fluent English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
